- 2 / 5By Kevin OttShady. Ordered a 12 oz cup of coffee. Commented on how light it looked. Offered a refund after tasting it. Owner was very apologetic and removed the coffee from the line claiming a known malfunction with the coffee machine. Great customer service, right? Not so fast.
I returned to the store 5 minutes later to purchase a donut. Unfortunately, the owner had returned the same batch of coffee to the line to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Small matter but telling. BBW! College Place has a donut shop on College Ave between B & C. 1.5 miles away. Very satisfying coffee, full service lunch menu.
